Card Instructions

Cut, score and fold an A2, top folding card base.
Use Master Layouts 1 to cut the pink rectangle and the black.
Glue the black rectangle to your card base.
Use the Lattice embossing folder and emboss the pink rectangle. After embossing, I used the edge of my scissors to distress the outside of the pink rectangle. Glue the pink panel on top of the black.
Next, die-cut a circle from white card stock. My circle is wider than the pink panel.
I used the Stamp Wheel from Altenew to stamp the “with love”. This sentiment is part of the April Showers Bundle from Gina K Designs. I used Obsidian Amalgam ink.
Once the ink is dry, place the circle on a sticky mat.
I placed the Perfect Poppy stencil 1 where I wanted it.
I blended with Innocent Pink. With stencil 2 I used Dusty Rose. Finally I used Jelly Bean Green for the stems.

Now for the scary part, grab a circle die about a 1/2” smaller and cut from the center. Trust me, it’s ok!
Glue the large circle on top of the pink panel. Add foam tape to the smaller one, align it with the stenciled design in the larger circle and stick it down!
For the “for your shower” sentiment, I stamped it with Versamark ink. I added Brutus Monroe Gilded embossing powder and heated.
I used the coordinating die to cut the sentiment out. I cut a few more plain diecuts and glued to the  back for dimension.

Add the embossed sentiment with liquid glue, place something heavy on top and allow to dry. I chose to add a few of the Disco Ball Sequins. This card came together really quickly. I hope it inspires you to pull out all your wonderful Gina K supplies and just PLAY!
