Peach Sangria Peach Sangria Recipe 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine (like Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio) 1 cup peach schnapps 1/4 cup brandy (optional, but adds depth) 2–3 ripe peaches, sliced 1 cup white grapes (optional) 1 can (12 oz) lemon-lime soda or sparkling water (for fizz) Ice Instructions: In a large pitcher, combine: White wine Peach schnapps Brandy (if using) Sliced FROZEN peaches and other fruit Stir gently and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours (or overnight) to allow flavors to meld. Just before serving, add: Lemon-lime soda or sparkling water for fizz Ice to chill Serve in glasses garnished with extra peach slices.
